The Banh Mi is one of our most popular pizzas.

It is our riff on the Vietnamese sandwich, and it is colorful, flavorful and even a little spicy. There's a lot of good stuff on top, like sriracha braised pork belly, house made chili aioli and fresh cilantro, but the ingredient that really sets it off is the kimchi.

Making kimchi is quite a process, so we wanted to film Tyler making a batch, since he is our biggest kimchi making fan! Check it out:
